Initially Difficulty of Bomb It

Before playing Bomb It, I realized (after I HAD NOT done this!) that you have to familiarize yourself with your tools. Otherwise the game looks impossible. You choose your alien (there are 4 different colors to choose from) and then it you find yourself with the other aliens in a maze like grid. So initially I had no way of getting out of my four walls of confinement (that was how it looked). But then after one failed game of getting nowhere (even on the easy level - there are 3 levels of play) I checked into the tools and I saw that there was a way of actually making some sort of progress in this game. So you have to look out for them carefully. For example, while at the beginning of the game you are stuck and cannot move to do anything you want to look for the icon to "Push bomb" and then you have a bit more room to move around. So at least on the second time I played while I still did not succeed in killing anyone, I did make 105 points on the level destruction.

Practice Makes Bomb Perfect

Bomb It is not an easy game to play. The instructions are very basic so there is a lot of figuring out one has to do. The only way to do this is through trial and error. And with me, I found that there was a lot more error! But, the good news is, is that the more you play Bomb It (using the easy level), the more points you get and the more confident you become. Who knows, in a few weeks' time I may even be ready for the 'Normal' level! But to be honest, I cannot see me playing 'Difficult' level anytime soon.

Go Faster, Faster With Bursting Bubbles

I love puzzle games. So it was not surprising that I got really in to Bursting Bubbles almost immediately. So you get a screen and on the screen are a whole load of different colored bubbles (blue, pink, green, yellow red ? all very different so that you can easily identify them which will be important to you in the game). what you have to do is arrange the bubbles in to colored groups (as different colored bubbles will be sitting side by side but you have to change that pattern). Once they are arranged into their specific colored groups, you can pop them off the screen. Sounds easy huh? But there is a time factor involved in Bursting Bubbles. Players have to make sure that they remove the groups before the bubble meter boils over, as if that happens, you will really be in trouble!

The more you play this game, the more accustomed you get to how it works and thus the faster you can go. Also, you will start looking for larger groups of colored bubbles. And when you get larger groups (the smallest a group can be is 3 bubbles), the more points you will get. So it is a question of how good your skills are at arranging the different bubbles. And this for sure comes with practice. And, if you go for puzzle mode (there are a few modes to choose from), this becomes especially important.

I had always been in to girly things. Ever since I was a little kid, I loved to dress up my dolls and put make up on my younger sister (although to this day I think she still resents me for that!). You get to see all sorts of girly things ? everything a pretty girl (and young lady) dream about, with great colors and shapes. You can make your own jewelry and put all the colors together. It does remind me of how I played Lego too (being made by the same creators).

But apart from being a good business person (making sure you always have enough stock and keeping an eye on the inventory), Clikits Chic Boutique requires a sense for the budding beautician or fantasy fashion expert. One has to match the different puzzle pieces to make their store the best it can be but doing so requires an eye for what looks good in the fashion world. This way they will be able to sell the best fashion accessories to customers in their very own boutiques.

Well it is a start. I am still working for someone else at a fashion house, but I have found that with my experience in Clikits Chic Boutique, I am now more able to understand what is required from a business side as well as a fashion instinct.

What are you going to do? You are faced with the cool Ants World, of which you are now in charge, but alas, it is fast sinking in to the sea. You have to do something ? take control. So in Ants World you are given a whole lot of different tools in an attempt for you to save as many as your little friends as possible. In Ants World you do this by guiding them to safety through each level. Unfortunately, as we know all too well from ants, there is a bit of a crowd mentality. And the bind will lead the blind as it were. So if one goes in the wrong direction, the others will mindlessly follow him and that could be to their death. So it is up to you to prepare a safe road for them using your special tools. But, here's the catch. Each ant only gets access to 2 tools. You can stop an ant in its track by clicking on STOP; use the STAIR tool to create stairs other ants can use and the VERTICAL DRILLER will drill holes in the ground for ants to escape into. If you think drilling holes in the walls will help, use the SIDE DRILLER and JUMPING will let ants jump over any holes so they don't fall. But if you use that you will probably need the PARACHUTE so they have a safe landing. The TELEPORT icon will transport an ant. If you want to get rid of the ants in a level, you can ruthlessly KILL THEM ALL. But remember: the ants come out faster and faster in each level, so if you don't act fast you will hear the sorry noise of them jumping to their death. So make sure that you focus on what tools you have, use them efficiently so that you can save as many of these helpless ants as possible. Ants World is definitely a fun game to play and a game requiring focus. If you don't save at least 6 ants in the first level, then you're out, so get a move on!

I was so excited when I found the website offering free fun games for anyone to play, any time of the day or night. I did not want to (at least initially) pay for my games. And all the games looked like a lot of fun. The first free game I played on line was one of the family games: Rocks. It was so much fun straight from the beginning. I did not have to think too much but my adrenalin was pumping straight from the beginning. What happens is, that in the game players have to get the rocks through the gates to the bottom of the board. Every rock that you manage to get to the bottom gives you another point (and obviously the aim of the game is to get as many points as possible). Then, in order to get the rocks in the top green starting lanes, you have to click your mouse in the green lane that you want to begin with (it's really very easy to understand once you see it for yourself). You play against the computer, with you both taking turns to add rocks to the board (and the aim of course is to beat the computer).

If, when the computer is moving the rocks and 2 or more fall through to the bottom in one go, you get another turn. There are 4 levels and up to 6 rows and you can choose between 4 and 14 columns (4 being the easiest, 14 the hardest).
